Laundry Room Mold in Sylvania Ohio

We recently did a mold remediation job in an apartment complex. There was a laundry room in a upstairs vacant apartment that had a slow leak. Over time it had leaked into the laundry room of the apartment below, which also happened to be vacant. By the time the landlord discovered the leak the ceiling had collapsed and there was quite a bit of mold damage. Weput up a containment,removed all moldy drywall and insulation, treated the studs and had both apartments cleaned up and ready for reconstruction in one week. Within two weeks both apartments were ready to be rented out again.
