Basement Flooded in Perrysburg Ohio

We received a call from a customer on a Saturday afternoon, that had a commercial building in Perrysburg that had found the basement flooded. He stated that it was the result of a  sump pump that malfunctioned. He was able to get a plumber out and the sump was now back up and running.He was very concerned because off of the company documents were stored in the basement. SERVPRO of Sylvania/West Toledo was on site within an hour and within A few hours the company affected was on their way to being dried out. A quick response can save thousands in secondary damage.
