Unexpected disaster

This plaster ceiling fell out of nowhere. There was no disturbance to the home in anyway. Before the customer purchased the home it was remodeled. Instead of removing the existing plaster they covered it causing extreme stress on the new ceiling. Eventually the ceiling fell causing damage to the contents and structure of the home. Luckily no one was in the room at the time.
