Always check your basement

This basement was slowly filling up with water without anyone noticing. The customer was elderly and only used the basement for storage. There was a broken pipe to the water fed sump pump causing the basement to slowly fill with water. It was up to the 3rd step by the time someone found it. We were able to pump out the water and help the customer sort contents and get the structure dried within days.
