Flooded Basement in Maumee Ohio
This was a flooded basement in Maumee, Ohio that we were called out to clean up on a Sunday night. The customer happened to be in the basement on the couch watching Sunday football and when he put his feet on the floor the carpet was soaked. He found the sump pump had malfunctioned and was able to grab a spare pump and help remove some of the water. Unfortunately the entire basement was already affected. Luckily with 24/7 service SERVPRO of Sylvania/West Toledo was there to help within an hour. The Customer was thrilled that we were there to help so quickly.
